Qūe Interactive is a Boston-based AI search optimization agency founded in 2024 by Steve Quezada. I help brands get discovered and get cited across the AI answer engines people now use to make decisions: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, alongside Google.

For 20 years, the goal was simple. Rank on page one, win the click. That game still matters, but it is no longer the whole game.

Who I am

I am not a generalist who bolted AI onto a service menu last week.

I spent more than 18 years as a solution architect at Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation, working on enterprise systems where structure, accuracy, and how machines interpret information were the entire job. After that, I spent nearly two decades optimizing and building websites, learning search engines from the inside as they evolved.

AI search sits exactly where those two careers meet. Understanding how systems read, rank, and retrieve information is not a new trick I picked up. It is the common thread of my whole career.

What I do

I focus on four things, and I do them well rather than offering everything to everyone.

AI Search Optimization (GEO + SEO). I position your brand to be surfaced and cited by AI answer engines while keeping your traditional search performance strong. Get discovered and stand out. Both matter now.

AI Visibility Intelligence. I measure where your brand actually shows up across AI engines today, where competitors show up instead, and what is driving the gap. You cannot improve what you cannot see.

Citation-Engineered Content. I build content structured to be quoted by AI. Written for the humans making the decision, formatted for the machines doing the retrieving.

Schema & Entity Foundations. I give search engines and language models a clean, unambiguous understanding of who you are, what you do, and why you are credible, using structured data and entity signals.

How I work

Human-led, AI-fluent, Boston-built. I use AI as a tool, not a replacement for judgment. Every strategy, every recommendation, and every line of content comes from a real person who stands behind the result.

I also build the tools I use. WPBoost is my productized service for WordPress performance, and BrandScanner is the platform I am developing to monitor brand visibility across AI answer engines. The work I do to stay ahead of the curve is the same work I do for clients.
